Fittting of the Glass Slipper

Wednesday morning I was up bright and early for my mams graduation. It was a wonderful ceremony celebrating such a great achievement for each talented and gifted individual graduate. I stole a moment to imagine myself receiving that piece of paper rolled and tied with a bow and wearing a gown of many colours. I look forward to the day I throw my cap into the air and start my journey into the big but beautiful world of work.
I have many hurdles to overcome first and one of which was the Junior Cert. I'm delighted to say that after so much work and hours on end of studying and procrastination, it all paid off. I made it just in time to receive the brown envelope after I spent that morning at my mams graduation. To celebrate not only my mams achievement but my own we went out for lunch and then that night I went out with my friends celebrating the fact that we survived third year and the dreaded Junior Cert, and what a great night we had.
I baked for the first time in TY the other day. I am proud to say I haven't been food poisoned by the M&M cookies which I managed not to gobble them all down until I got home.
Next Monday we are off to Carlingford!!!! I cant wait!! I will be posting next week all the things I got up to in Carlingford.
