Princess In Training

Last week we, class Aurora had our first training in becoming a princess.
In our first workshop together as a class, a speaker named Garry thought us the basis of First Aid. I believe everyone should have some kind of knowledge of what to do in cases of emergency, something so simple can save a life. I always thought you were to tilt your head back when you had a nose bleed, but this is not the case. Ideally you are to tilt your head forward and pinch the nose just above the bridge.
Our second workshop was on etiquette. We had to bring our own pair of heels for this one. Kate and Brenda thought us how to carry ourselves correctly we then brought what we learned to the catwalk. We then practiced with books balanced on our heads, this took me a while to get the hang of. As the book kept falling to the floor. And to end our lesson of how to act, dress and walk like a princess we exfoliated and moisturised our hands with lemon scented exfoliater.
Our last workshop of the day was Positive Parties. This thought us to stay positive and happy, life will be so much more fun this way. We all wore flower garlands around our necks and played a game with oversized underwear and gave laughter yoga a go. All in all it was a great day, and I learned so much and I hope I keep this with me for in the future.
